MONDE · FILAMENT FAQ
A little guidance for your next print.
Materials, colors, ordering and print support. Start here, then check the specifications for your selected filament.
What is MONDE?
MONDE is a 3D printing filament brand based in Thailand, for makers, hobbyists and small print businesses. Explore materials and colors for models, organizers, prototypes and everyday prints.
How do I choose a MONDE filament?
Start with the application, then choose a material and finish. PLA is a starting point for models, decorative pieces and visual prototypes. Consider PETG for organizers, enclosures and general functional parts. Check the exact product specifications and limitations before ordering.
What diameter and spool weight should I choose?
Check the diameter and net filament weight on the selected product page and label. MONDE’s initial PLA and PETG offering uses 1.75 mm filament and 1 kg net filament weight. Net filament weight excludes the spool and packaging.
Will it work with my printer or automatic feeder?
Confirm the filament diameter, material support, nozzle requirements and spool dimensions against your printer and feeder instructions. A 1.75 mm diameter alone does not establish compatibility with every printer or automatic feeding system.
Will the printed color match the screen?
Screen settings, lighting, material finish and the print itself can affect perceived color. Use the exact product and color name when ordering. Ask about a physical sample when close color matching is important; illustrative previews are not a color guarantee.
Are the print settings tested MONDE profiles?
Product pages distinguish catalogue reference values from printer-specific guidance. Catalogue temperatures and speed limits are not proof of a tested profile on your machine. Start with the relevant guidance, calibrate your printer and confirm settings for the exact filament.
How should I store filament?
Keep unused filament sealed and dry. Follow the instructions for the specific material, spool and dryer before drying. Do not apply one drying temperature to every filament.
Where can I buy MONDE filament?
Use the contact and store links shown on monde3d.com. Confirm the product, color, current price and availability with the seller before ordering. A catalogue listing does not guarantee that a color is in stock.
What should I send when asking for print help?
Share the product and color, order details, batch label if available, printer model, nozzle size, temperatures, speed, drying history and clear photos of the issue. This helps narrow down possible causes. Ask the seller about the applicable claim conditions.
